Media Accreditation
  • For participating in the Forum, interested media and blogosphere representatives must complete the accreditation process by 13 August 2026. Please note that accreditation will be mandatory for all Forum events.
  • To ensure journalists and bloggers comfortable and prompt access to resources at the venue, which has limited infrastructure, the number of media participants will be limited. This is due to the high interest in the Forum.
  • Registration of media and blogosphere representatives for the 2026 International Children’s Cultural Forum
    will start on 19 August.

  • The following may apply for accreditation:
    – operating Russian media outlets (with official registration);
    – Foreign media outlets;
    – Digital content creators (bloggers, vloggers, podcasters, influencers) with a verified audience of at least 50,000 subscribers. Russian bloggers must confirm their audience on approved social media and messaging apps.
  • Media representatives wishing to cover the events of the 5th International Children’s Cultural Forum should submit an application for accreditation by completing the form (download) and sending it to e.filippova@rosconcert.ru.
  • All fields must be completed. The application period is  3–13 August 2026.
  • Media accreditation is valid for the entire period of the 5th International Children’s Cultural Forum.
  • The organizer reserves the right to deny accreditation to media outlets or individual representatives without explanation.
  • To receive a badge, please upload a current photograph of the journalist when submitting your online application.
  • Media representatives will receive accreditation badges subject to approval of their registration application.
  • Accreditation badges will be issued and handed out at the registration desk at Checkpoint #1 on August 19 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties during the MDCF. The badge must be worn visibly at all times while at the venues.
  • Access to the MDCF venues is permitted only with an accreditation badge.
  • Journalists must enter through Checkpoint #1 by scanning their badge at the terminal.
  • If you lose your badge, you must return to the registration desk, where a new one will be issued; the lost badge will be blocked.
  • Please bring an identification document. Wearing your badge at all forum venues is obligatory.
