For participants

The Forum will be held from 21 to 23 August 2025 at the Moscow Palace of Pioneers. Address: 17 Kosygina St., Building 1.

Delegations are formed by regional Ministries of Culture or their regional representatives. To become part of a delegation, please contact your local Ministry of Culture. All applications are reviewed on an individual basis. Delegations for Forum 2025 have already been formed.

Children between the ages of 12 (full) and 17 (full) who have personal achievements in the Forum’s thematic areas can participate in the Forum as part of a delegation.

Access to the Forum is restricted to representatives of the delegation.

No, the Forum is only open to delegations. For all others, access to the Forum is restricted for security reasons.

Information regarding meals, accommodation, and stay during the Forum can be obtained from the head of your delegation. For security reasons, this information is not publicly available.

You are welcome to attend all Forum events. Keep an eye on the program. You will be warmly received in any of the Forum halls.

The photos will be published on the website in the Media section and on the Forum’s social networks: VK and Telegram.

For the media

The following can apply for accreditation:

– Registered Russian media outlets;

– Foreign media;

– Digital content creators (bloggers, vloggers, podcasters, influencers) with a verified audience of at least 50,000 followers. Russian bloggers must confirm their audience on permitted social networks and messaging platforms.

The accreditation application period is from July 28 to August 14.

Media representatives will receive accreditation badges upon approval of their registration application. Badge distribution will take place at the registration desk at Checkpoint No. 1 on August 21 starting from 8:30 AM.

A valid ID must be presented in order to receive your badge.

No, as the badge is issued strictly upon presentation of ID.

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties during the Forum. It must be worn visibly at all times while on the premises.

The Press Centre is located on the first floor next to the Small Hall. A map of the venue can be downloaded from the programme section.

Foreign media representatives wishing to cover the events of the IV International Children’s Cultural Forum must apply for accreditation by filling out the application table and sending it to the following email address: dzhandzhuliia@rosconcert.ru
