The 5th International Children’s Cultural Forum will take place at the Moscow Palace of Pioneers on 20–21 August 2026.
How can you apply for media accreditation?
Applications are open to:
— active, officially registered Russian media outlets;
— foreign media outlets;
— digital content creators, including bloggers, vloggers, podcasters and influencers, with at least 50,000 followers. Russian content creators must provide proof of their audience on social media platforms and messaging apps permitted in Russia.
To apply for accreditation, follow the link, download the accreditation form, complete all the required fields and email it to e.filippova@rosconcert.ru.
Applications will be accepted from 3 to 13 August 2026.
Media accreditation will be valid for all days of the Forum.
*The organiser reserves the right to deny accreditation to any media outlet or individual representative without providing a reason.
