The Program of the IV International Children’s Cultural Forum Has Been Officially Released

This year, as part of the IV International Children’s Cultural Forum, which will take place from August 21 to 23 at the Moscow Palace of Pioneers on the Vorobyovy Hills, more than 100 events are scheduled. The full Forum program is available on the official website.

By established tradition, the Forum’s sections will be curated by prominent figures of Russian culture:

  • Sergey Bezrukov (Artistic Director of the Moscow Provincial Theater, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation), Evgeny Mironov (Artistic Director of the State Theatre of Nations, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation), and Edgard Zapashny (General Director of the Great Moscow State Circus on Vernadsky Avenue, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation) — Theater and Circus;
  • Kristina Trubinova (General Director of the A. A. Bakhrushin State Central Theatre Museum) — Museums and Fine Arts;
  • Egor Druzhinin (Choreographer, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation) — Choreography;
  • Dmitry Bak (Director of the State Museum of the History of Russian Literature named after V. I. Dahl) — Literature and Journalism;
  • Gavriil Gordeev (General Producer of Okko, President and founder of the International Festival of Children’s and Family Films and Animation “Teddy Bear”) — Cinema and Animation;
  • Olga Khomova (General Director of the Saint Petersburg State Academic Capella, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation) — Music.

The Forum will feature master classes, open dialogues with cultural and artistic figures (including People’s Artist of Russia Igor Butman, Honored Artist of Russia Gosha Kutsenko, and Honored Artist of Russia, singer Marina Devyatova), theatrical performances, creative lessons, excursions, and even a military waltz (choreographed by Arsen Agamalyan). Participants can also look forward to a rich concert program: three daytime concerts on the outdoor stage and four evening concerts.

Special formats of the 2025 Forum include:

  • the Hackathon “The Cultural Brand of the Region through the Eyes of Youth”, where participants will present their ideas on a set theme to distinguished cultural figures among the Forum curators;
  • the final of the Children’s Initiative Contest in the field of cultural and artistic development, with winning projects receiving financial support from the Ministry of Culture of Russia for implementation;
  • in cooperation with the State Fund for Supporting Participants of the Special Military Operation “Defenders of the Fatherland”, a lecture by veterans titled “I Serve the Fatherland. Preserving Memory”;
  • the traditional campaign “Letter to a Soldier”, where children participating in the Forum write letters to servicemen.

The Forum is organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and ROSKONCERT.
