Tatyana Golikova, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, said a welcome address at the ceremony.
“I wish everybody to manifest themselves, because a number of competitions and activities to be held here is unique, in various sections the children can display their talents and share their ideas. I think for them this is the most important thing, because the best ones were selected, they had been preparing, and it is desirable that by passing through the hardship of this competition they would really choose things which they came here for. Due to this, I think, we’ll get many talents in a variety of areas of cultural development”, – the Deputy Prime Minister shared her thoughts with the reporters.
