Traditionally, the program of the III International Children’s Cultural Forum is filled with various events and creative directions.
The Music direction will introduce the children to the stars of the professional music scene and leaders in the field of concert management, who will share their exceptional experience and guide future specialists on the right path. The young delegates will have three eventful days, during which they will learn how to promote their music brand and how to create a hit, plunge into the origins of Russian culture and learn what the technique of conducting consists of.
At the master class of Nadezhda Babkina, People’s Artist of Russia, artistic director, director of the Moscow State Academic Theater «Russian Song», the Forum participants will learn expressive chants and feel the power of their voice.
Forum participants will receive a master class from Tina Kuznetsova on vocals «In tune with time» and meetings with virtuoso performers: accordionist Peter Dranga, pianist Oleg Akkuratov, cellist Alexander Ramm, organist Timur Khaliullin, conductor and pianist Sergei Zhilin, where they will tell the secrets of their skills and give advice to novice musicians.
The partner of the Forum, the National Open Championship of Creative Competencies ArtMasters, will hold a number of events for participants: a master class «Music in cinema» and a creative lesson «How to create a hit».
Ivan Burlyaev, composer, producer, head of the Association of Film Music of the Russian Musical Union, at the master class «Music in Cinema» will talk about how to make the audience cry and laugh, how to reveal the character of a character, what techniques exist for each genre, what rare and original instruments are used.
Composer, author of popular songs Alexey Romanof will conduct a creative lesson «How to create a hit», where he will tell you what really catches the listener, what rules a successful melody has and where to draw inspiration.
At the creative discussion «Through the generations: the tradition of children’s songs and the secrets of creating modern hits», participants will have to find answers to very difficult questions: what is more important for creating a popular song — experience or youthful enthusiasm, inspiration and special creative techniques? The partner of the event is the Victory Museum, the largest museum complex in our country dedicated to the history of the Great Patriotic War and the Second World War.
Within the framework of the direction, the traditional format of the Forum will take place — a dialogue with an iconic cultural figure «The Maestro Method: how to find your calling. Yuri Bashmet». The Forum participants have a unique opportunity to ask the great musician their questions and get invaluable advice from him.
Olga Khomova, curator of the direction, General Director of the State Academic Chapel of St. Petersburg, will hold an open discussion «How to organize a big musical event». Forum participants will learn how large-scale musical events are created: how the backstage works, what subtleties and pitfalls need to be taken into account and who are these people who give us vivid impressions and joy.
