Every year, the Association organises discussion sessions for young musicians, where they can talk about professional growth, applying to a music college or university, performing on stage, coping with nerves, and learning not to be afraid of mistakes.
There are no grades here — only honest conversations and answers to the questions that matter to everyone who steps onto a stage.
On 20 August, the Association will host a discussion in the Theatre Hall titled “How Not to Lose Even If You Don’t Win: An Honest Conversation About Competitions”. The session will explore how to choose the right competition, start preparing, manage performance anxiety, and understand what really shapes a musician’s professional path.
