The Moscow Folk Choir preserves and develops the traditions of folk singing. Its repertoire features songs from different regions of Russia, introducing audiences to the country’s cultural heritage.
At the Forum, the choir performed a special programme for participants at Parade Square. The young people not only listened to folk songs but also became part of the musical celebration: they sang, joined traditional circle dances and played folk games alongside the performers.
Music brought the Forum participants together and showed that traditions continue to thrive when they are embraced by new generations.
