The permanent partner of the International Children’s Cultural Forum is the Regional Public Organization Children’s Creative Association YNPRESS — a media community of youth and for youth. For more than 30 years, young journalists together with media professionals have been creating positive content — from stories about talented peers to documentaries about their lesser homeland.
The community works with young journalists at the International Children’s Center «Artek», the All-Russian Children’s Center «Orlyonok» and the All-Russian Children’s Center «Ocean»; implements educational programs for media professionals and teachers from different cities; trains to efficiently and creatively promote content in social networks via VKontakte communities and Telegram channels.
As part of the Forum, YNPRESS will organize a Youth Media Center, which will provide dialogue and exchange of creative experience between peers, young artists, musicians and professionals in the sphere of culture. The participants of the media center will be young dynamic media leaders who have been trained in mainstream media technologies at YNPRESS events.
The Youth Media Center aims at:
- active participation of children in creating and sharing quality content using a mobile television station, multiple-camera filming, as well as other information technologies;
- creating first-hand news content through direct communication with eminent cultural figures at meetings, master classes, press conferences, etc., which are immediately recorded and distributed on social networks;
- broadcasting videos and other information products.
Throughout the Forum, 40 young journalists and five media tutors will work at the media center and provide information support for the Forum events.
All publications of the Youth Media Center will be available in the community YNPRESS.
Last year, the Youth Press Center team released 20 live broadcasts, 15 stories and over 50 posts on social networks during the three days of the Forum. Media persons from the sphere of culture and art visited the YNPRESS studio.
