Mosrazvitie brings together Moscow libraries and cultural centres and develops projects that introduce people to culture through contemporary formats.
Over the two days of the Forum, the partner helped organise meetings with authors and experts, lectures, literary games, quizzes and creative workshops. Participants learned about the stages of creating their own book, explored what they could write about and how to approach it, discussed how culture influences fashion, and received advice on how to stay confident in their creative choices.
One of the highlights of the programme was a series of interactive and engaging quest exhibitions. Everyone who took part received a pleasant bonus — a guaranteed-prize lottery featuring gifts from Moscow libraries. The main prize was, of course, a book, which participants picked from the “Book Surprise Box”.
Throughout both days, visitors to the “Vocation” tent could also vote for their favourite literary genre, choosing from six options. Classics won by an overwhelming margin.
